Return and Exchange Policy:
Within 30 days after purchase, we accept full refunds and exchanges. Please contact us via email ([email protected]) and explain the reason for your refund or exchange. We will do our best for you service. *In order to facilitate the refund, please provide your PayPal account information and wait patiently, usually it takes a few days to process.
Who pays for the shipping cost when returning the parcel?
a. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so that we can solve the problem. We hope that every purchase fully meets expectations and promises. For returns in this case, we will pay the return shipping fee. If you want to return multiple items, please return them together to enjoy a free return of all items. If you return the goods separately, you may have to pay additional shipping costs.
b. If the product is in good condition, but you don’t like it and want to return it, you will need to bear the postage.
Requirements for Return or Exchange:
• Please Email us before you do return and exchange. • Please provide the return tracking number of the receipt.
• Your item must be Intact without traces of depreciation
• Keep original packaging in the same condition as when you received it. Include all tags and boxes.

• The item must be in its original state
• The item must be in original packaging with all tags.
If the product does not meet the requirements for return we will have full authority to refuse your return. We will send the rejected item back to the original shipping address. To avoid this, please contact our customer service team to address any questions or concerns about the item you are returning prior to returning it. Please follow the steps in the email we sent you for returns and exchanges. After we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund, which may take up to 5 business days to process if there is no violation of the return policy. If the request is approved, then your refund will be processed.

Our factory is located in China and items need to be returned to the factory. Please do not send the package back to the address on the package, as this is not our return address. The address on the package is the warehouse address of the logistics company we work with.
