Shipping Information:

Under the normal circumstances, it takes us 1 or 2 days to process your order. After the goods are delivered, we will send the tracking number for your order to you through E-mail.

We use USPSUSPFedEX for shipping.

We use different methods of delivery because such application of different methods suitable for different countries and regions is able to make the time of transport as shortest as possible, and also assures the safety and convenience of the transport. We are able to deliver our goods to most countries in the world.

PS. Due to shipping distance and customs issues, orders from South America and the Russian Federation may be delayed and shipping time may exceed one month.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the order logistics information. After that you will be able to track your order at MALLIFY. Please wait 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be displayed.

What should I do if the logistics information shows that the package has been signed for but not actually received?

The following may happened:
– They didn’t scan it correctly and it will show up the next day.
– The carrier could have left it at a neighbors house by accident or a front desk if you live in an apartment. Please check.
– If you still can’t find the order please email us [email protected]

What to do if the package is lost and not delivered?

If you still have not received the package 60 days after sending the package, please contact our customer service at [email protected] We will send you a new product or a full refund.
